I tried it anyway and it made me high but the headache did not disappear. Please help me. What should I do?

I've tried every normal medicine (Ibuprofen, Excedrin, Sudafed) nothing. Tried drinking a little more caffeine. Didn't wear my glasses for three days hoping that would help. Nothing is working and doctors can't diagnose me...

My wife had a similar situation, headache non-stop, a neurologist even examined her, in the end they prescribed her gabapentin - an anti-seizure drug. They prescribed the lowest dose possible, but it does seem to be helping and it helps with her fibromyaglia as a bonus.
