Miscarriage
Dear Dr. I have 23 years old I was in my first pregnancy when I had a miscarriage on my 8 week of amenorrhea. My Dr. Didn't find a cause for the miscarriage since all was good with my pregnancy. Also culture came with no results.
He told me to take aspicot beginning of the month when I want to be pregnant again, and to continue with it during my pregnancy. I am confused about this medicine. I would appreciate any help from you regarding whether to go for this treatment or no. Thank you in advance. Josiane |

I would get a second opinion.
Some take Aspirin/acetylsalicylic Acid (the ingredient of aspicot) with the reason that it improves blood flow and reduces the rist of blood clotting. But there are a lot of risks for you and a baby/fetus if you take it on a regular basis. I assume you are not in the US, but my husbands boss (a scientist/professor/MD) says that Aspirin would never be approved by the FDA nowadays because of all the risks.
