    Need more info,,
    Is the basement heated?
    Where has the filter been Installed?
    Is there a return trunkline

    Is there heat in the basement? If you have heat, and the air handler is in the basement, it's fairly easy. If air handler is in attic, you have a much harder job. Where is it?
