    Divorce
    I filed for divorce , my husband was served the papers but I have not brought the piece of paper showing he received them and I have not continued with setting a court date.I want to stop the divorce from going any further,. what do I need to do?

    First why ?

    But you file a motion in the same court ( normally) to withdraw your petition. Go to the clerk where you filed and ask them their procedure. Husband could still file and get divorce if you withdraw
