    Drain Backing up into Tub
    My drains chug and bubble when we run other fixtures now my tub is backed up

    The bubbles tell me that you have a partial blockage and the backed up tub tells me where.

    You have a partial blockage downstream from your tub. This can be addressed in several ways.
    1- You can pull the toilet and snake from there.
    2- You can snake from the tub overflow. If you need instructions to do this just ask, **or**
    3- If the group's wet vented you can snake from the lavatory roof vent. What's your pleasure? Tom

When we use the kitchen sink, the drain in the basement backs up with foul-smelling liquid. We have had the line 'snaked' twice... to no avail. It doesn't happen all the time, only occasionally.
