    Why is my left breast cramping? I am 11 and it hurts bad please help.
    I am only an 32a in bra size plus I am nearly flat!

    I am 11 years old and my left breast is cramping badly can you help?.
    Do I need to go to a doctor to have them check it out?. or is it just growing?

    If you are dealing with a constant pain, then talk to your parents and go to the doctor. This may have nothing to do with your developing.
