Brown discharge for 3 days and still no period

I had a protected sex on 28th sept. My periods were due on 17th next month but I had late, on 28th oct. Since I was worried I took a pregnancy test, that resulted in negative. I again had a protected sex on 12th nov and since 17th nov I'm having some brown discharge and no periods yet. What could that indicate ? Please help.
