I connected a pvc femaile adapter to a cast iron screwed male sewer connection. The lead and oakum joint is leaking. Ow do I repair it?

The drain pipe from up stairs kitchen is rusted out. The joint at the basememt floor is a O&L joint and is 2" above the cement floor. How is the joint repared with out digging up cement floor? Is there a fitting that can be used or what? TNX Paul

I have a basement shower that I am replacing. I found that the drain was set in the concrete and the cast iron drain piece was going to have to be chiseled out then replaced. Now that I have exposed the whole cast iron piece I would like to get it off the pipe. Any ideas on the best way to get this...
