    Foreclosure issues
    I filed Bankruptcy chapter 7 a few years ago, did not affirm my mortgage with the bank and have been making payments monthly. I am now going through foreclosure with the property. Can the bank file foreclosure for the full amount of
    The mortgage?

    If your mortgage was not discharged, then you owe the bank the full balance.

    You didn't reaffirm the mortgage debt?

    If it was scheduled, it would have been discharged. So no, the bank cannot get a deficiency judgment.
