    Donate real estate
Does anyone have some information on how to donate a condo? I am in a similar situation with my condo.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

You donate real estate the same way you donate anything. The exception is you need to find a charity that will accept the donation. Check with larger charities, especially local churches to find a charity that will accept the donation.

Agree, you merely contact the charity and arrange to have the property deeded over.

Most do not take time shares any longer,

If there is no lien on the condo, most charities would be glad to take it.
