What do I do
Ok my sister has 3 kids she lost 2 of the kids to her ex husband the 3rd child wasn't his but he sighned the birth certificate he didn't want him because he didn't belong to him that being said he's out of tge picture the biological father has been proving unfit so he's out of the question to but she is very abusive to this baby she smacked him in the face an gave him a bloody nose I got pictures of the rag I used to clean his face and I have the rag in a plastic bag I'm trying to get custody of him she is abusive, has major anger problems ,has went to rehab twice because she has a pill problem that isn't prescribed to her, she has a alcohol problem, they have a pack of hotdogs in the frige and a bag of chips and tge rest beer we had people tell us they seen the baby drunk she screams at him he is acculy afraid she lost her car is getting evicted she wrote suicide notes to all 3 kids. About 9 months ago I have them. She has slept with over half the community ,she lies and cries to get her way, is this enough to prove unfit I have plenty of whitnesses that is willing to go to court I called the cops and cps the cop said the child wasn't in danger at that point so he Couldn't do anything today she has no license her background is OK not to bad what do I need to do ? Where do I start ? Is this enough to prove her to be unfit? I started with cps but I want him out as quickly as possible please help
