    How to connect a eim to cadet baseboard heater
    How to connect honeywell EIM model TLM1110R1000 to electric baseboard heater, which wire do I connect the blue wire on the EIM to in the heater.

My cadet baseboard heater has begun to make a loud clanging/grinding noise upon startup. It gradually subsides to a gurgling and then quiet until the thermostat kicks it on again. It sounds like metal on metal, like a fan blade coming into contact with metal. Thanks in advance!

I just installed a baseboard heater in my basement. Seems to be working fine, heats, turns off when themostate 'says' turn off and all seems well. The only thing is I noticed that it has a slight 'hum' or buzz when its running. Very quite hum but is that normal? Does anyone know?

I'm wiring a 240v 1500w heater and I ran a #12 wire because the circuit is also going to double as a A/C circuit for the summer. Anyhow I followed the wiring diagram on heater and wired to a 2pole 15amp and I turned on breaker and it popped so I pulled apart the heater and looked it all over again...
