    Cartoon in the '90s
    I'm looking for a cartoon which had talking horses in it. I remember that they were in stable and they were really pretty. I think there was also a girl that was caring for them. The horses wore make up and had long eyelashes.

    No, it's actually not my little pony:( In the cartoon , the horses are a bit bigger and I think they are race horses. They're all groomed really nicely. In one of the episodes I remember one of the horses was crying, so it's make up smudged.
