    What if my wife has a different last name from me and we try to apply for green card
    I am non us citizen but my wife was born in the us and we got married but she has all of her documents such as passport, birth certificate, driver's license in her old last name would that affect me getting a us green card when I go for an interview with the us immigration officer?

    No problem.. women don't need to change last name when get married.
