Hampton Bay Ceiling fan light fixture flashes on and off.
I purchased a hampton bay ceiling fan with light and for a long time it worded fine. Now when I turn on the light, the light flashes on and off. Any one know what the possible cause of this or have any solutions?

Installed fan 3-4 months ago and have had no trouble until past week when light on fan started flashing intermittently. Fan has remote and is wired directly to power source -- no switch. Checked all connections, but cannot figure out why light is flashing. Any help is much appreciated!
