    Should I still be worried?
    Hi, I had protected sex a week ago. My period is two days late, and I took a pregnancy test today which stated that I was not pregnant. Should I still be worried? I also know that he didn't actually reach an orgasam.

    Two days late is nothing. Considering the fact that you only had sex a week ago, it would be way too early to get an accurate result with a pregnancy test.

    Should you be worried? Of course. Any time you have sex pregnancy is possible, and there's more than enough sperm in pre-ejaculate to get the job done, he doesn't need to reach orgasm.

    Right now you should wait at least two weeks. If you don't get your period then test again using first morning urine. If that test is negative then wait until your next scheduled period. If you miss it then test again or go for a blood test.

    Many women don't get an accurate result until well into their first trimester. False negatives are very common.
