It appears to be just a bunch of herbs and minerals, so I hope you don't pay much for it. A healthy diet and some walking each day would be better and cheaper, and the claim is that it is for older people (geri- means elderly, -forte means strong). If your anxiety is severe, see a therapist for counseling.
