My issue is I have been with my wife for 10 years.
Every single time we have sex she has to be drunk.

I found out the other evening when she had too much to drink that 2 - 3 times a week she masturbates (she is not drunk) and does it 3 to 4 times.

Her excuse is she has to be drunk as she is embarresed of her body.

For the first time in 10 years I feel really unattracted to her, not at her body , but because of what she does when I am not home ( Masturbates ).

How do I tell her I want to have sex with her like normal people (Sober).

As it stands she get pains and it sore while we having sex.
I researched it over the net and it is because the type of squeezing masturbation she is doing creates these pains if you do them often.

No you're not being stupid at all! Sex is a major part of marriage. I think you should try being romantic with her; bring her flowers, come up behind her and kiss on her to make her feel more attractive and tell her she is beautiful so that she feels good about herself. Have a talk with her and tell her how much you love her and how beautiful she is and that you want a healthy relationship. If the reason she isn't having sex with you is true.. then I think this will really help! It sounds like she just needs a self-esteem boost.
