    Pain in the back of my leg going down to my calf
    I have pain in the back of my leg (hip area) and going down my leg to my calf

    It may be sciatica with a pinched nerve in your low back. It could also be something else worth looking into in order to reduce pain and improve movement. See your doctor (who may suggest physical therapy and exercise) or a good chiropractor or shiatsu practitioner.
