    Why do I get this deep ,pricking pain on the left from the lower hip to the ankle
    I am getting a pricking pain only on the left side starting from the lower hips all the way down to the ankle for the past couple of days.What could this be?

    This pain is most likely a type of strain in your muscles or this could be a sign of something more serious seek medical assistance. If pain persist.

    Fortune cookie aside...

    That is usually idicative of a nerve issue or something. Hard to say what it is. Please see a doctor, they have more knowledge and experience than we do.
