Quit Claim Deed Suffolk County, New York
How do you file a Quit Claim Deed in New York, from sister to sister with NO money changing hands? Do you need a lawyer?

I would use either an attorney or a abstract company to do the deed.

While it is not "hard" if done wrong, if all of the description and legal transfer is not done property it can end up costing a lot more downthe road.
