To cut to the chase, the front end has a squeaking ( sounds like a squeaky bed) coming from front right side. It started when I hit bumps or on cold days, now its all the time worse when I turn and even when I'm parked and I turn the steering wheel to test it. Any idea what repairs are needed and what cost. Miles are 183300. Is it even worth fixing

Replace the front sway bar end links (13.00 each). Easy job, which you can do yourself. Place the front end on jack stands--it won't work well to lift one side at a time.
