What are you taking Provera for? I have read it is used for stabilization of the menstrual cycle as well as Depo Provera which is the injected contraceptive.
The first question is: Was he using condoms? And why not? A single form of birthcontrol is 95+ percent effective but there is still a chance. Using a hormonal contraceptive is good, using it with condoms is better. There has been women on this site, I can think of a few, that have become pregnant while using three forms of contraception. If you're not ready to be a mother than get him to wrap his wiener.
If you're using Provera to regulate your menstrual cycle then there is a good chance you're pregnant. I am a little confused by your wording so I am going to assume you mean that you had sex with him on your period, ew, and afterwards while you weren't on your period.
So if that was the case than you could be pregnant.
If you're using Depo Provera, the injection contraceptive, than, according to their advertising, you're covered immediately. That is highly suspect. If you're going on or switching birthcontrol than the first month is always a little iffy and condoms MUST be used to prevent conception. There is a slight chance that you've not dodged the bullet quite yet.
I am also confused by what you mean when you say "Do I need to take my pills again?". Please elobrate.
When all else fails talk to your doctor.
