    California apartment move out cleaning
    How much do I charge to clean a move out apartment that is infested with roaches?

    That needs more than cleaning... that needs an exterminator first... or you WILL be infesting the next place you go to clean with roaches too.

    I totally agree with Smoothy, this place needs an exterminator first. Then the cleaning should place, not before.

    Crystalized, I need more information please;

    What exactly are you supposed to do? Is there any items large or small to be thrown away, if so do you need a dumpster? Have you gone over the details with the owner as to what exactly they want?

    What type of flooring? Are you to clean the carpets, strip and refinish the hard floors?

    Is the apartment empty?

    What is the square footage?

    Have you done cleaning before?
