    Toilet bowl does not refill after flush and Splashes
    The bowl still does not refill and if flushed again often splashes water on the floor... It's a Kohler 1.6 gal flush... its only about 3years old and worked fine until recently

    Check to see if you have a little tube running from your ballcock to the white overflow tube and that it's not hanging down below the tanks water line, When your toilet splashes water when you flush is that because there's a bubble of air behind it? Back to you v Tom
