    Rental property
    My grandparents lived in a rented house for more than 50 years. Later my uncle who shifted in that house claims his exclusive right over that house. Can his other brothers or married sister claim their right over that house ?

    You haven't given us anywhere near enough info to go on.

    First where is the house (general area). Who owned the house (who were they renting from)?

    Only the owners have the right to claim the house.
