    Dr Bill, I have an EtG test today (after my PO claimed.I.was down to one a month.) I drank last night, however, I.am wondering what my best option is. Should I skip the test, take the test and come up positive, or should I dilute? All 10 of my tests before have been clean.

DrBill - I read an interesting article on the sensitivity of EtG tests, but the article was published in 2007 and apparently the study was conducted in 2005 or 2006.
