    HELP! Can I deny a dna test!?
    Im 7 months pregnant I don't know who da father of my baby is..
    If is my boyfriend or my ex they both know and my boyfriend decided to stay with me and not do a dna test on my baby he says its he's no matter what... now my ex is asking for the dna test I would like to know if I can deny it? He got physical wit me when I was 2 months pregnant I have witnes... I'm not planing on giving my baby my boyfriends last name she's going to have mine...
    My question is can I deny the dna test? And if I can't and the baby is he's what can I do to keep him away!! He doesn't care about her he's just trying to mess up my relationship, I don't want he's money or anything I just want him away!! Please helpp!!

    If he files for one in court, asking for visits or to have his rights enforced, no you can not refuse.

    And legally since you are not sure, the one boyfriend can not just claim the child legally otr put his name on a birth certificate
