    Circuit Breakers
    If I have a double 50 amp breaker ,what does that make that I am getting? Does it equil 100 amps?

    I have A double 50 amp breaker to my upstairs breaker pannel . Does that meen that I have 100 amps up stairs?

    No you have 50 amps. Volts add, amps don't. You have 2 legs of 120 VAC =240VAC at 50 amps.
