    Twic card elgibility
    I have a 1994 manslaughter w/culpable negligance state conviction and a 1994 federal conviction of conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine. I was released from federal prison in June ofn 2006, and left the halfway house in August of 2006. I have been working and staying out of trouble the entire time. I have also purchased a condo. Will I be eligible for a twic card and a non-armed security license. Been laid off for a year, need a job that will pay the mortgage note.
