    My period started as light spotting now is running like water but its still not as heavy as it normally is also I'm not getting the painful cramps and back pains I normally get can I be pregnant

    No, if your bleeding you are not. Its normal to have back pains and cramps. Take some tylenel or advil. That will take the edge off
