    I have pain under my left rib cage and it intensifies if I eat... what is wrong?
    Feels like I have been punched and the pain after I eat radiates throughout my entire abodominal cavity and my lower back. Have had pain just under my last rib on the left for a week and a half.

    It could be heart, gall bladder, ulcer, indigestion, who knows what. See your doctor.

    Does it make a difference what you eat?
