    Biological Fathers Rights
    Have two children to a women however we are no longer together since we split we have both married other people I had regular visits with my children until recently.
    My ex-girlfriend never put my name on the birth certificates now she is married her and her new husband want to take the children out of the country they have not informed me of this can I stop this from happening

    Please help

    You got to court and file for custody. Also at that time make sure you get proper visitation and 1/2 legal custody. If they try removing the children out of the country without your consent then you file kidnapping charges

    You must first be granted legal status by the courts as the father of the children. .
