    Paternity DNA
My father is listed and signed my birth certificate. He NOW, after 55 years wants a DNA test to prove I am his daughter for his estate. There is no doubt in my mind, we are doing a DNA test. Results will be in SOON. IF he leaves me $1 can I contest the will? As long as his name IS on my birth certificate AND the DNA is positive? He is 82 and has gone back and forth for several years. We live in Florida. I can't believe this is happening. It's as if he is getting dementia AND is so mean, no one would believe me! HELP!!
