Clicking noise after opening door of whirlpool refrigerator
A clicking noise comes from the white box that is in the back lower right corner of the back of the refrigerator. It does not do this when the fan is on

Tell us what type of refrigerator you have: Freezer on top, side by side, etc. and model of unit you have. It could be that the fan is hitting something. Why not remove the cover and take a look at it?

Opening an old thread, I'm having the same problem with the same Whirlpool side-by-side as jhodge. Unfortunately the drtom4444's dropbox link no longer works. Wondering if you could repost or give some more information. Thanks!
