    How to be fat in 1 month
    I m 19 year boy... Indian
    My Height is 173cm and weight is 55 kg
    I want to increase my weight within a short time..

    No, you don't want to be fat. You would say, "I want to gain weight."

    Why do you? Your weight is good, a bit thin -- exercise with weights to increase muscle mass and eat healthy foods.

    I use to Work.. but my Stomach part is bit thin so it looks odd

    Once involves a exercise routine and balanced diet. The other requires sloth and a unbalanced diet.
