    Pet Deposit
    We paid a $500 pet deposit in addition to our regular deposit. Now that we have moved out our landlord has kept $422 for carpet cleaning due to pet odor out of our regular deposit and says the pet deposit doesn't cover that. Does he have the right to do that?
