Her DUI was dropped to a reckless driving but she got 12 months probation, had to do classes, and 50 hours of community service. She was late on a few payments and finished her classes later than she was ordered. This all happened out of state, and I guess there was a court hearing for why she violated probation, but she never got notice of it, so now there is a warrant, that she had no idea of. All of her probation terms have been fulfilled in the 12 months of probation, but the warrant is still out.

How do we go about getting this taken care of and how quickly can this be rectified?

Well if she finished everything she was supposed to do there has to be a reason they have a warrant out for her tell her to think back and try to remember anything she did but if she didn't get the letter starring she had to go to court there.might have been a back up in the court & without a notice she can fight it
