    It means you have 5 days to pay up IN FULL, as in every dime you owe... or the property owner is going to be evicting you and will start the process 6 days after that notice was sent to you.

    Since you posted this in Real Estate law, I assume its as Smoothy says. A 5 pay pay or quit notice. The notice should specify what you have to do.
