Grounds for Eviction in Texas
I have a renter here in Texas that quit paying rent and said he will not move out voluntary, he will have to be forceable removed. Once all the normal eviction remedies have been exhausted, how will I get him out?
Thank you,
Richard

One of the processes you already have available is going to court to have the eviction enforced which you get that process started on started on day 31 after they are served their 30 day notice to vacate... and when you win that.. the Sherriffs department will uncerimonoiusly dump them and their property at the curb. THEN you cahange the locks and if they break back in you have them arrested for criminal tresspass...
You could also offer them money payible after they are out to leave now.. on their own. Have it done through an escrow... don't hand it to them before they are gone... that way YOU are protected... and they are asured they will get it.

I think I will pass on offering to give them any money, they are behind over 1000 dollars and has been a real pain in the butt to deal with since he has been here, he even attacked me 2 months ago in his loft.. Thank you very much, I will go through the process legally. They don't not own this property, they are merely renters with a lease they defaulted on for none payment.
Than you so much for you help..

Here is a link that will help you see what you have to do.. and how you have to do it...
Its important to follow the letter of the law to get them out the fastest... experienced deadbeats know how to game the system if processes are not followed correctly.

I'm confused about your initial post about exhausting normal remedies. The last step in the eviction process is to hire a sheriff to forceably remove the tenant. The sheriff will come, with a mover if necessary, to remove the tenant and put all his belongings on the curb.
