    How old are you?

    Do you live at home?

Why did they take your keys?

Why don't they have your permission? Did you buy the car yourself? Is your name on the title? Are you under 18? Do you live at home?

If you are underage and live with them, they have the right to do it.

As the others said - if you are under 18 or if they own the car, they have the right to do it. If you have been drinking, it wouldn't likely be considered a crime if anyone stopped you from driving by taking your keys.

What are the circumstances, how old are you, and who's name is on the car title?
