    Change last name
    I live in (and my daughter was born in) Kansas. The father is not listed on the birth certificate but I did give her his last name. Since he is not listed on the birth certificate can I get a new one giving her my last name?

    Yea you can just go down to your local court house and they can give you a form to fill out and then you send it in and you should get it in the mail
