    Pregnant with 5th
I just found out I'm pregnant. I'm a mother of four. My latest baby just turned a year a week ago. I really want to keep this pregnancy but I am afraid. During my last delivery, I was in labor for approx 4hrs. I had an epidural and received a bag of pitocin before transferring to pp. Exactly 12 hrs after I had my baby, I hemorrhaged. I had to be tranfused with 2 units of blood. My fondus was firm, but according to the nurse somewhere along the left side wasn't. I did remember not having cramps all day but I made sure I was firm. I'm afraid that I may hemorrhage again and it could be worst. I'm concern about putting my life at risk here because I have four children that I need to be here for and take care of. Please help!! Terminate or not terminate??

Oh, please keep the baby. Do a planned cesarean section so that you avoid the delivery risks you experienced last time. It sounds like your pregnancy was fine, just the delivery was a major hardship. They can deliver the child a bit before you would otherwise go into labor, making sure the baby is ready, but totally avoiding any aspect of you going into labor. Good for you, safe for the baby.
