    Gynecomastia
    I may have gynecomastia, I am 16 and I've had puffy nipples that hurt for about a year and I can feel under it there is a lump both of them. This occurred after taking accutane to cure acne for about 6 months and it worked but now I am very embarrass and ashamed about my chest. I dispise taking my shirt of it is beyond embarising. I'm not overweight and I'm very athletic so that's not it

    Please, please help me, thank you.

    Have you seen a doctor? There may be an alternative acne treatment available, or it could be totally unrelated. You could have a hormone imbalance that can be addressed. I'm sure it's embarrassing, but you're embarrassed anyway so see a doctor and ask about it so you can find out what to do to resolve it.

    Given all the dangers known now about the drug, and the lawsuits, I'm not surprised that anyone might have side effects, even though I don't see this one in the usual lists. Perhaps it has something to do with blocked sebaceous glands, which is what it's supposed to do for acne, who knows. I would file a report with drugwatch.com. But most importantly, the doctor who prescribed it should examine your chest.
