I have a Tempstar AMMK15AHB unit with electric heat PA5542AK that I can not get the heat strips to come on in. I can start a heat cycle with the fan unhooked where the strips will cycle fine and run great if I plug the fan back up before the limiters kick and run fine until the theromostat turns it...

I have a tempstar heatpump that won't stop freezing up with the ac on hvac man said everything checked out but still have problem, also condensation is in the lower section under the coils. Got any ideas
