Our manager at mobile home park is overcharging for electric and water and sewage
I live in a mobile home park several residents whom own their own mobile homes have seen extremely high water and sewage bill or electric bills for the past five months when confronted sometimes he will say he made a mistake and reduce it then goes on to do it to someone else what can we do or whom do we contact. Example one tenant lives alone and had a 55.00 sewage bill for one month. Another had a 115.00 water bill for three months in a row when others is 13,00. Myself had a electric bill of 187 until I complained it lowered 40,00 then next month it lowered 40 more. Now other tenants bill is 180.00. Their should not be that much difference and when we complain then how can he just adjust the bill? We own our mobile homes and the manager bills for utilities and lot rent each month.
