Water leaking out of one of two tube coming out of house
I have two tubes coming out of the side of the house coming from the water heater. One is for the PRV which is not leaking, the other is coming from the bottom of the heater and is leaking. There are other lines attached to it that lead into the house. I can't figure out what is making the line leak. Helppppp!!

A picture would sure help. A leaking line on the bottom with "other lines attached to it that lead into the house" doesn't make sense.

The T&P line's not leaking so we can forget about that,
The drain line has another line connected to it that sounds like it might be the AC condensate line. This line drains continually. I don't think you have a leak at all but if you want to check simply unscrew the drain line from the boiler drain and check for a leak. I really don't think you have a problem at all. Regards, tom

Yes, lets see a pic please. Im thinking maybe you have a drain pan under your water heater that is piped outside. If this is correct, this would mean you may have a leaky water heater. Time to take a closer look and let us know what you find. Looking forward to a picture or two.

Hey Dad, I think you're correct about the heater pan, however , I still think the line that's connected is the one that's leaking. Cheers. Tom

Boy Tom, I didn't read the OPs post close enough. Im betting you are correct about a condensate line tying in. If so, this is totally normal. Hope the OP comes back with more info. Take care. Lee.
