    Statute of limitations ontario fraud
My current husband has an agreement with his ex-wife signed in 1999. He was to pay alimony based on earned income. He has not worked since October 2000and she has never come forward asking for money since then. She is now asking for alimony arrears. What is the statute of limitation in this scenario.
