Prv
I need to put a PRV on my building to get the water pressure down( it is currently 110). My pipe is 1 1/2" coming into my building. A PRV for a 1 1/2 pipe is $300. Could I use a 1" PVR ? Would that cause a problem?
Thanks

You should post this in the plumbing section - that's where the plumbing experts hang out. .
A 1" PRV will restrict the flow of water into the building, so I think the answer depends on the size of building/ number of units etc.
