Can I be kicked out of my house
That still doesn't clarify. In the state of Florida if I have been given a 30 day notice but have no where to go can the owners kick me out on the street? How long do I have to live in the house after the 30 days have expired from the notice of asking me to move?

Yes you HAVE to leave... in fact in Florida they only have to give you 2 weeks notice...

What happens if you refuse to leave they go to court to have the eviction enforced... then the Sherrifs come out and put you and ALL your property out on the curb... and people start stealing anything of value before you can get it hauled someplace.

THey can start that process on the next day... how fast the sherrifs put you and you stuff out depends on how busy the court is at that moment.

And incidentally... its not YOUR house if you are being evicted. Because you were either forclosed upon for not paying, you lost it in a divorce settlement, it was seized for failure to pay taxes,. or you were only a renter. I'm assuming you were renting it. Except in very few places... the landlord is under no obligation to continue renting it to you beyond the period of a signed lease.

You had 30 days to find another place to go... you can put your stuff in storage and move into a hotel or shelter if need be... but this is your problem and not the property owners.

Sorry if that comes across as being overly harsh... but that's the reality of the situation.

After the 30 days notice expires it typically takes about 10 days or so for the land lord to get a court order for your eviction, and then the sheriff lined up to physically remove you. But it may take more time, or less. If you don't want to have your possessions placed out on the curb you should plan on being out by the end of the 30 day notice.

As a renter you are subject to the landlord's desire to continue to rent to you. It is not your house, but simply a place where you have been allowed to live as long as you fulfill certain conditions.

In Florida, you can be given notice as little as 15 days prior to the end of the rental period. For example, If the rental period is a calendar month, you can be given notice 15 days prior to the end of the month. Notice has to be in writing.

If you do not vacate within the deadline given then they can go to court to obtain an eviction order. There will be a hearing, but unless you can give a reason why you shouldn't be evicted, an eviction order will be issued. You may have a few more days after that to vacate or a sheriff will physically remove you.

That you have no place to go will not be a consideration.
